Now, open the program where you want to paste all your open tab URLs (such as Notepad or TextEdit). You can also right-click the list of selected bookmarks and choose “Copy.” Press Ctrl+C on Windows and Linux or Command+C on Mac to copy all your bookmarks. After that, click the first bookmark in the list on the right and press Ctrl+A (Windows and Linux) or Command+A (Mac) to select every bookmark in the list. In the bookmark manager window, select your newly created bookmark folder in the sidebar on the left.

Enter or edit the group name for your tabs then click “Save Tabs”. To save all of your opened tabs, click the Tab saver icon. Once installed, the extension will add its shortcut icon to your browser’s omnibar. First, you will need to download and install the “ Tab saver” browser extension for Chrome. How to save open tabs to a file in Chrome You can only do this by using a third-party extension. 
The thing is Chrome does not have a default option that would allow you to save your open tabs as a file. By opting to save a copy of your open tabs to a file, you can easily restore these tabs just in case you encounter issues that would disrupt your browsing session.
